I mentioned in a previous post that I used to work for Apple and now that I have moved on I can finally write about them. Well my good friend Joe Aimonetti and I have teamed up and have started writing a blog called “Dirty Rotten Apples.”
Dirty Rotten Apples is an Apple blog written from a unique perspective. Both Joe and I worked for Apple for several years. We each started as part time Specialists (sales people) and worked our way up to management. During our time at Apple we had taken an internet vow of silence on all subjects Apple related. Now that we have flown the coop we both have a lot to say. Apple is an amazing company that makes amazing products. And their products are really fun to talk about.
On top of our experience within the stores, Joe and I also have a unique voice. You’ve gotten to know my sense of humor and writing style. Joe also has a great sense of humor and a wealth of insight. But he and I do not always see eye to eye and since we’ve been BFFs (he’s going to be so annoyed I called us that) since we were in High School, we often get on each other’s nerves. So our blog will be different in that we will each write our own posts on certain topics, and then comment on the other guy’s post. It could get pretty heated.
Yesterday I posted my regular every day picture of Chandler and I, except Chandler was relegated to the background so I could hold my shiny new iPad. This led to some “hate-comments” from some people who were jealous. I apologize if it looked like I was flaunting my new toy. But if you are interested in seeing the iPad in action you can see my initial review and a video of me showing off how easy it is to use while making a keynote presentation, click on the link above (it’s the title: My review of the iPad.)
